Privacy statement

Dear customer,

If we work together, I'm gonna need some data from you.

• Your phone number to call you.
• Your email address to email you.
• Your business address to visit you.
• Your invoice details to be able to send you an invoice.
• Your name to address you.

Sometimes (for the same reasons) I also ask you for the contact details of a colleague or customer.

I only use this information for the purposes of the work I do for you.

I store your data in the online services of GSuite and iCloud and use it on my laptop, computer and phone. They also appear on invoices and in other forms of correspondence that I have with you.

I handle this information with care. My laptop, computer and phone are equipped with access security and are automatically updated with updates. The online services of GSuite and iCloud are only accessible to me by two-step authentication.

During the execution of the work I do for you, I sometimes get to see your customer details on my screen that are accessed by your systems. Think of the output of a query or api that I develop for you. This is inherent to my work (developing, maintaining and testing data-driven web applications). Your customer data I will:

• not duplicate, copy or distribute to my own or other systems without your command and only if they fit within the framework of the AVG.
• not use it for any other purpose than to carry out my work on your behalf.
